How do you maintain the oil?
The taste, aroma and all nutrients of the oil can stay intact if you follow a few basic rules for storage. Light, oxygen and high temperatures should be avoided.
The oil should not be exposed to light and must be stored in a dark, cool place.
The oil should not be exposed to temperatures below 5⁰C (41 ° F) or higher than 20⁰C (68 ° F).
Must be stored in a dark glass bottle in a stainless steel or ceramic decanter, or the original canister. Always avoid plastic packaging as it may contaminate the delicate oil with harmful substances to human health.
